FROM THE RECTOR

Dear Parishioners,

During the summer Ware Church changes its activities to a more relaxed schedule. Our Sunday School program takes a break until September and a number of our groups and activities slow for the summer season. Rest and change are wonderful gifts during these warm months.

I want to thank everyone for your involvement in our Sunday services! Week after week some three dozen people take part in our three choirs, another fifteen or so are acolytes, and a dozen folks keep our Christian Education program running. We are blessed with those who prepare the Altar and arrange flowers for Sunday services, hand out bulletins, fix breakfast, greet visitors, fill the pews, read the lessons, and administer the chalice. And finally, thank you to those who prepare refreshments for our enjoyment after the services.

Thank you for the gift of your time and talent so freely given to all of us on Sundays and during the week. Ware wouldn't Ware without you! Your gifts are deeply appreciated by everyone.

Faithfully yours,

Peter Worthington
