The village of Gloucester Court House is in Gloucester County, Virginia, approximately 50 miles east of Richmond and 14 miles above Yorktown. Follow U.S. Highway 17 to Gloucester and then take Business 17 into the community. Turn at the ONLY traffic light in the village onto State Route 14 East. This is the main road between Gloucester Court House and Mathews Court House. Ware Episcopal Church is a little over a mile east from the traffic light, and is on the right side of the road.
Driving west on State Route14 from Mathews Court House or Middlesex County? Drive west on State Route14. Just as one passes Ware Academy on the right side of the road look for Ware Church on the left. If you arrive at the traffic light turn around and use the directions listed above.
